Becoming a Eagle

We’re really excited to share the Eagles programme with you!

The Eagles Guild is tailored to provide an enriching and more advanced experience for children in the 8 to 10 age range. This category builds upon the foundational knowledge acquired in earlier stages, offering a more comprehensive understanding of engineering concepts.

Participants in the “Eagles” Guild engage in more advanced engineering challenges that require critical thinking, problem-solving, and a deeper understanding of scientific principles.

The program delves into a more comprehensive exploration of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) concepts. Activities may involve robotics, more complex coding exercises, and experiments with scientific principles.

The program places a strong emphasis on developing critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities. Participants are encouraged to analyze challenges, identify solutions, and iterate on their designs.

We designed a curriculum consisting of:

Awards

Little Engineers

Membership Award

A membership award is given to an Eagle when he/she has signed up to be an Eagle by submitting an application form, parents consent form and a social media approval form,

Chief Engineer's Guild Award

This is the highest award an Eagle can earn. To complete it, you need to earn Seven Activity Badges of your choice, as well as all three of the Challenge Awards.

Challenge Awards

Challenge Awards are all about stepping outside your comfort zone. Try out something you wouldn’t normally be interested in. Take the lead on something that scares you. Along the way, you’ll unlock hidden talents and stand tall.

Activity Badges

Become an expert in something you love, or try something shiny and new. There’s a badge to suit each and every Eagle.

Parental Involvement

Parental involvement remains important, with resources provided to support participants’ learning at home. Regular communication ensures parents are informed about their child’s progress and achievements.
